Loyal Strands has an exquisite top weft and healthy bouncy high elasticy. Our hair is very easy to manage with the right care and maintenance. All Loyal Strands extentions can be colored.We would advise you to have a professional colorist dye your Loyal extensions, limiting potential hair damage.

How many bundles of Loyal Strands do I need?

For lengths 12"-16", 2- 3 bundles needed. For longer the lengths(18"-26"), consider 3-4 bundles for a fuller look. Remember that everyone is different, and bundles needed vary due to texture, your head size, and partial or full sew-ins, and desired length.

What products should I use for my loyal strands?

Loyal Strands does not sell its own hair products. We recommend that you use organic or no sulfate shampoo, co-wash on hair extensions. Products that are best to use are Creme of Nature Shampoo & conditioner, Kerastace Discipline Shampoo, Herbal Essence, Sulfate-free Keratin Shampoo, or Palmer's Coconut oil w/vitamin E Conditioning Shampoo. With a daily active lifestyle, shampoo and condition your hair from atlas once per week. We would recommend that you shampoo and condition your hair at least once every 3 weeks. Make sure that hair is conditioned after wash. Blow dry on low and apply a heat protectant before styling.

Can I exchange my Loyal Strands hair?

Within the first 7 days of receipt, please email loyalstrandshair@gmail.com and we will assist you with an exchange. Please note that issues concerning length and color variation of the hair are not valid reasons for an exchange. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Hair will only be refunded if package has been unopened and in original state. We cannot accept any products that have been used or altered in any way, shape or form. This includes washing, combing, brushing and cutting. Hair must be in its original package.

Does Loyal Strands have international shipping?

Yes, Loyal Strands ships internationally. Please see "International Shipping" for prices and delivery time in the Shipping tab . If you have any questions or concerns please email loyalstrandshair@gmail.com.

Do you have a store? Can hair be delivered?

No, Loyal Strands does not have a store location. All orders must be placed at loyalstrandshair.com and they will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Options for shipping are located in shipping tab..
